ABOUT

Born and raised in western Maine by two veterinarians, Reed is an artist tied to his rural landscape and its many influences. Working across media, art has always been a large part of his life.

He is actively engaged in conversations and movements with ties to his local community and afar. He has performed and exhibited in the northeast and beyond, including underground performances in Portland and Western Maine as well as group shows across the U.S. and internationally. He is a founding member of the Lights Out, a project interviewing artists across Maine and beyond. He received his bachelor of fine arts from Alfred University in 2018 and seeks to broaden the vocabulary of Maine art at home and abroad.
